At VoxDash, data protection and security are core to how we design and operate our platform. We align our practices with major privacy frameworks, including the European Union and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR/UK GDPR), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and take reference from other major privacy frameworks where appropriate.
We aim to apply strong data-protection principles to all users in accordance with applicable laws. Our systems and policies are reviewed periodically as part of our ongoing security management process.
VoxDash does not sell personal information. We use personal data to operate, maintain, and improve our services, and we respect privacy preferences and consents communicated to us, including those related to cookies and analytics.

Lawful and Responsible Processing
VoxDash processes personal data only when there is a lawful basis under the GDPR, such as:
• performance of a contract,
• legitimate interests in running and improving our services,
• consent where required, or
• compliance with legal obligations.
We apply privacy principles consistent with applicable laws for each user.
Controller and Processor Roles
Depending on how VoxDash is used, we act either as a data controller (for our own operations, such as user accounts and billing) or a data processor (for datasets and content uploaded by our clients).
When acting as a processor, VoxDash processes Client Data only in accordance with the client’s documented instructions and, where required, under a valid Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Once Client Data has been aggregated or de-identified in accordance with these Terms, VoxDash may process such information as an independent controller.
Rights of Individuals in the EU and UK
Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. When acting as a data processor, VoxDash supports its clients in responding to such requests.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
International Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to Canada, the United States, or other countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate.
VoxDash may rely on recognized legal mechanisms such as Canada’s adequacy decision and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses used by our service providers.
